Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-07

1. 14-day refund

Within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription (including the first-month discounted price and annual plans), or of buying a top-up, you can get a full refund for any reason.

2. What is not refundable

  • Renewal payments (later monthly or annual renewals), unless the law where you live requires a refund.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the payment.

3. What happens after a refund

  • Subscription refund: your subscription is cancelled right away and your account returns to the Free plan. Your remaining subscription credits are removed. For annual plans, no further monthly credits are granted. Your top-up credits are not affected.
  • Top-up refund: the credits from that top-up are removed (only what is left; your balance never goes below zero). Your plan does not change.
  • We never charge you for credits you have already used.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Credits page ("Manage subscription"). You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling is not a refund: apart from the 14-day refund above, we do not refund part of a billing period.

Deleting your account also cancels your subscription, immediately, and the rest of the current billing period is not refunded. If you are still within the 14-day refund period and would like a refund, please request it before you delete your account.

5. When a feature does not complete

When a feature starts, the credits it needs are held. If it does not complete, those credits are returned automatically. You do not need to ask.

6. How to ask for a refund

  • Email hello@upnami.com from the email address of your Upnami account, with your order number from the Paddle receipt; or
  • Request it at paddle.net using the details on your receipt.

Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

7. Abuse

We may decline future purchases from accounts that repeatedly buy and then ask for refunds.

8. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, such as the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK.
