FAQ

What happens to unused monthly credits?
Monthly credits don't roll over — they're replaced at the next monthly grant. Top-up credits never expire. Monthly credits are used first.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Within the same billing cycle: upgrades take effect right away — you get the extra credits for this month and pay the prorated difference; downgrades start next billing period. Switching from monthly to the same or a higher yearly plan also happens right away, prorated. To go from yearly to monthly, turn off renewal in “Manage subscription” and choose monthly when the current period ends. To go from monthly to a lower yearly plan, first downgrade on monthly, then switch to yearly once that takes effect.
How do I cancel?
Click “Manage subscription” on the Credits page. You keep your plan until the period ends, then move to Free. Your top-up credits stay.
What if a feature doesn't finish?
If a feature doesn't finish, no credits are used.
Do I need to connect my YouTube account?
No. We only use public YouTube data — your channel link is enough.
