Terms of Service

Upnami ("Upnami", "we", "us") is a web tool that helps YouTube creators find their next video topics based on their own channel's data. Upnami is operated by Upnami. You can contact us at hello@upnami.com.

Upnami uses YouTube API Services. By using Upnami, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including data obtained through YouTube API Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use Upnami.
• One person may have only one account. Each YouTube channel can receive the free starter credits only once, no matter which account it is added to.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account cancels it immediately and you will not be charged again; the rest of the current billing period is not refunded. If your first payment was less than 14 days ago and you would like a refund, please request it before you delete your account.

• Features such as generating topic ideas, generating thumbnails and finding competitor channels use credits. How many credits each feature uses is shown on the pricing page.
• Free plan: you receive a one-time grant of free credits after you verify your email and add your first channel.
• Paid plans: you receive credits every month (annual plans also receive them monthly). Unused subscription credits do not roll over; they are replaced at the next monthly grant.
• Top-up credits can be bought by subscribers only. They do not expire and are used after your subscription credits.
• When a feature starts, the credits it needs are held. If it does not complete, those credits are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Each plan has limits (for example, number of channels and tracked competitors). If you move to a plan with lower limits, items above the limit are paused, not deleted.

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep your plan until the end of the current billing period.
• If we change our prices, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment or of buying a top-up. Renewal payments are not refundable unless required by law. Details are in our Refund Policy.

• Topic ideas, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails are generated automatically: text by a language model provided by Anthropic, and images by an image model provided by OpenAI. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content that already exists. It is for reference only. Please review it before you use or publish it.
• You are responsible for the information you provide and for how you use generated content, including making sure it complies with YouTube's policies and does not infringe anyone's rights.
• Numbers marked as calculated by Upnami (such as the outlier multiplier) are our own estimates based on public data. They are not YouTube metrics. We do not guarantee any number of views, subscribers or income.

You agree not to:

• break any law or YouTube's policies, or infringe anyone's rights;
• create more than one account, or use disposable email addresses, to get extra free credits;
• access Upnami by automated means, scrape it, or try to reverse engineer it;
• overload, disrupt or try to get around Upnami's security, payment or usage limits;
• resell or share access to Upnami;
• use Upnami to create spam or misleading content.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Refunds in that case follow our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Upnami only uses public YouTube data, retrieved through YouTube API Services using the channel links you provide. We do not access your YouTube account. YouTube data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days, as required by YouTube's policies.

We may add, change or remove features. If we decide to stop providing Upnami, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. In that case: annual subscribers get a refund for the remaining full months; monthly subscribers keep their plan until the end of the current billing period; top-up credits can be used until the service stops and are not refunded.

• Upnami is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, views or data.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us anything.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of Upnami is established. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@upnami.com and we will try to resolve it informally.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will tell you by email or on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Upnami after that, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

These terms are available in English and other languages. If there is any difference, the English version applies.
